Vegan + Paleo Mint Chocolate Avocado Mousse, using 100% Organic Cacao powder from Paleo Lifestyle! ? I hope you like this recipe, you can omit the mint if you just want plain chocolate mousse!

Vegan + Paleo Mint Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Ingredients for 2 portions:

▪️1 ripe Avocado, mashed
▪️3-4Tbsp Paleo Lifestyle Organic Cacao powder (Get it HERE)
▪️1tsp Stevia (Truvia brand, quantity varies with different brands) or 6 drops of liquid Stevia
▪️1/2 cup of Almond milk or Coconut milk (sugar free, carrageenan free)
▪️5-6 fresh Mint leaves


Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until a creamy, pudding-like consistency is reached. Add more nut milk if it’s too thick, and more cacao powder if too runny. You can decorate with cacao nibs and some mint leaves. Keep in the fridge. Remember- Sharing is caring!
Macros per portion: 12.5g Fat, 1.5g Net Carbs, 3.5g Protein
