Paleo Low Carb Cucumber sushi! Yes! I have created this recipe last year and finally getting to post it!

What you need:
▪️1 large cucumber, peeled
▪️1 can of Wild Red Alaskan Salmon
▪️1 bag of Cavolo Nero Kale, quickly steamed to soften
Peel the cucumber as shown below, put some salmon and kale at the end of every strip and roll with your hands. When you’ve done so, seal it using a cocktail stick and serve on a plate! Perfect party food for all kinds of parties! Macros are depending on the type and brand of Salmon you’re using!
BONUS: Paleo Marie Rose sauce:
▪️2/3 Paleo home made Mayonese
▪️1/3 Organic crushed romatoes
▪️Crushed black pepper and pink Himalayan Sea Salt to taste
Mix everything together in a shallow dip jar or bowl/ramekin and dunk the Sushi Rolls in the sauce! Enjoy!
